Terms of service

These terms apply when you use themakeover.co.in, the The Makeover app, or book any service with us. Please read them with our Refund policy and Service delivery policy.

1. Our service

The Makeover connects women customers with verified ✓ qualified women beauty partners who provide beauty services at your home in our live cities.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed after online payment. Prices shown include the service; GST and any platform fee are shown on the bill before you pay.

Coupons, Makeover credit and game rewards (spin, scratch, gift) can be used as per their own rules. One reward per order, valid for the time shown, and percent rewards have a maximum limit.

3. Your account

You can save your mobile number and a PIN once to see your bookings on any phone. Keep your PIN secret. If you forget it, use "PIN bhool gayi" and we will send a new temporary PIN on WhatsApp.

4. At the time of service

Please keep a chair or bed, a plug point, clean water and good light ready. Tell us about any allergy or skin problem before the service.

Our beautician can refuse or stop a service if conditions are unsafe, if there is broken or infected skin, or if she is treated badly. Only women customers are served.

Please do not ask the beautician to book directly or pay her outside the app. Tips can be given in the app and go 100% to her.

5. Cancellation, refunds and redo

Cancellation charges, refunds and free redo follow our Refund policy at /refund. Refunds go to the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days; Makeover credit is added instantly.

6. AI tools

AI skin analysis, Noor AI chat and virtual try-on give cosmetic guidance and simulations only. They are not medical advice and results are not guaranteed. For any skin disease, please see a doctor.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about your own booking. We may hide reviews with abuse, personal information, fake content or the wrong beautician.

8. Liability

We take great care in choosing and training partners. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Complaints and law

For any complaint, contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp +91 7976736389 or themakeover.2026@gmail.com. These terms follow the laws of India and courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
